Cheese_lento is an itinerary on Cilento's dairy products ranging from the best-known buffalo mozzarella to sheep-goat and cow's milk products. These products are born in a landscape and cultural frame that tells the roots of a territory rich in biodiversity and historical attractions.
Crossed by the "white" path of dairy products, the minor heritages of Cilento return all the colors of a land that - between the living landscape and food culture of the Mediterranean Diet - is told in its identity identity of a World Heritage Site.

GUIDED TOUR OF THE BADIA DI PATTANO
Badia di Pattano is the most fully preserved Italian-Greek monastery in Southern Italy.
The monumental complex of the Badia di S. Maria di Pattano stands on the area of a Roman settlement of the early imperial age, perhaps already inhabited at the time of the Greek Elea.
The following can be visited:
- The church of Santa Maria, without roof, with a plant dating back to the X-XI century;
- The surprising Byzantine Bell Tower;
- The precious church of S. Filadelfo, with splendid Byzantine frescoes of the X-XI century and the remains of a Roman thermal system;
- The structure of the ancient monastery with the oil mill, the cellars of the monastery, an evocative cloister, various other rooms and courtyards;
- Access routes and fortified city walls.
