"CRINAL OF THE GODS" ROUTE ELEA-VELIA
Guided tour to discover the ancient city of Elea, which later became Velia, within the walls where Parmenides transferred his teachings to the students. The route includes a visit to the southern districts, the sacred well and the thermal baths. We continue climbing towards the Angevin Tower, passing through the "Porta Rosa" bulwark of architecture of the time. Arrived on the acropolis, continue towards the path that runs along the walls of the ancient city where numerous sacred areas stood (so-called ridge of the Gods), you pass over the Porta Rosa until you get to Castelluccio (the last watchtower to defend the city) .

BOAT TRIP TO THE CAVES OF Palinuro & TRAIL TOWERS AND FORTINI
boat ride * from 9:30 to 11:00 followed by a walk on the Torri and Fortini path
Starting from the port we will walk a path rich in history but majestically rich in Mediterranean vegetation "emblem" of the Cilento National Park La Primula Palinuri along the way we will visit Punta del Fortino - Punta and quail tower - Faro - Cala Fetente Tower - Fortino di Monte gold

TREKKING ROUTE Monte Stella
Monte Cilento was originally the geographical and religious center of "ancient Cilento", there are many settlements that rise around it, of very ancient origin: for example, Ogliastro, Valle Cilento, Sessa Cilento, San Mango, San Mauro Cilento ect. .. Just from San Mauro Cilento we will leave for our walk from where you can admire Monte Gelbison, also called Monte Sacro (1705 m) and the entire Gulf of Salerno up to Capo Palinuro therefore over the centuries it has been the lookout among the ancient cities Greek Poseidonia (Paestum) and Elea (Velia).
