Fusilli of Felitto:
The Fusilli are a hollow pasta cylinder, from 18 to 22 cm long, handmade with eggs, flour, salt water, olive oil and a 4 faced iron tool. For sure the production of the Fusilli in Felitto is centuries old and has been down from mother to daughter till today, because they represent the typical dish of Felitto. Their production requires a special manuality which only the women of Felitto possess.
